Guiding the helm at Your Developer, Scott Tomlinson brings a potent blend of passion, innovation, expertise and strategic foresight. Scott’s extensive career spans nearly two decades in the property industry. A comprehensive and multi-faceted background in property investment, property development, property sales, management and civil construction has equipped Scott with a solid understanding of what is required to deliver exceptional projects from concept to completion.
Scott’s belief is, we don’t just build properties, we curate experiences. Our team of dedicated specialists in their respective fields collaborate tirelessly to bring forth iconic structures that harmonise with the pulse of the city. Beyond the boardroom, Scott’s philanthropic endeavours reflect his belief in giving back to the community where profit from every project will go directly to assisting domestic violence against women in our, communities.

Fiona Connolly is a dynamic and accomplished business professional with a proven track record in strategic management and project governance. With an impressive academic background and a wealth of practical experience, she brings a unique blend of skills to every endeavour.
Fiona has practiced in Commercial & Business Management, Continuous Improvement, Financial Management, Budgeting Control, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, Capital Project Development, Capital Works Execution, Procurement and Asset Management for multi-billion dollar revenue, services and capital projects.
With a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Management, Fiona Connolly has cultivated a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, leadership principles, and effective team collaboration. This educational foundation has been further strengthened by her pursuit of an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
